The WARN Synthetic Rope Conversion Kit makes it easy to convert compatible WARN winches from steel cable to lightweight synthetic rope with the hardware needed for a proper setup.

Designed for owners looking to upgrade from steel cable, the WARN Synthetic Rope Conversion Kit includes the key components needed to switch to synthetic rope on compatible WARN winches. Depending on the fitment selected, each kit includes WARN Spydura synthetic rope along with the appropriate hawse fairlead or roller fairlead for the application.

WARN Spydura synthetic rope is constructed from 12-strand ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), a material known for excellent tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and easier handling compared with steel cable. The rope is also coated with a protective high-temperature urethane for added durability in demanding recovery conditions.

These conversion kits are available for multiple WARN powersports winch platforms including VRX, AXON, ProVantage, and Vantage models. Depending on the version selected, kits may include a Long Epic Hawse Fairlead, Short Epic Hawse Fairlead, or Roller Fairlead, along with installation hardware and abrasion protection features where applicable.
