The Thermacell Lookout Mosquito Repellent Camp Lantern effectively repels mosquitoes by creating a 15-foot zone of protection. Its compact size, bright 220-lumen light, and outdoor design make it perfect for camping, hunting, gardening, around the backyard, and more. The repeller and lantern can operate independently or together. The lantern features four light settings and a runtime of 40 hours. The repeller is powered by a compact 12-hour fuel cartridge (included). Repel without smoke, flames or citronella. It has no cords, messy trap, or gimmicky sonic, and it’s easy to use. Simply insert a repellent mat and a fuel cartridge, then turn it on. The fuel creates heat. A view window lets you check for an orange glow to ensure the heat is on. Heat activates the repellent in the mat. After 15 minutes, a mosquito protection zone is formed. The repellent mat turns white after about 4 hours indicating it’s time for the mat to be replaced.
