This comprehensive Full Kit configuration (Model 4587) serves as an all-encompassing solution for general-purpose everyday use and emergency backup applications. The kit includes a primary Lithium emergency battery featuring a clear witness label, ensuring there is never any question as to whether the battery has been previously used. Once the witness label is removed and the battery is connected, the radio automatically powers on and enters GMDSS mode with optimized preset settings: Channel 16, volume level 8, and squelch set to 2. To support daily routine operations, the full kit also includes a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery pack and a desktop charging base.
